It's been setting for several years. Time, weather, and non-use has taken it's toll. The roof leaked and I had a rubber roof installed, but not before severe damage had occurred.

I am being very honest here, the ceiling needs to be completly removed, new braces affixed, and a new ceiling installed. The wood rot also extends along the left front corner. I already braced it, with little difficulty, but took a before picture so you could see the damage(See page 4). Be sure to look at all the pictures.

 

This is a fixer-upper to the extreme. I had every intention of fixing it up myself but due to medical reasons I am no longer able to restore it. This is not a project for the faint hearted, but well worth the money if someone was willing to put the time into it. For what I'm asking, even if you part it out, you would make money.
